Please read the following carefully and then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in

the support section.

 

Refund requests must be clear and acceptable:

 

  1. Before purchasing, you must apply for a trial account. We have created a trial account for you to test it and if you are not satisfied, do not purchase a long-term service.
  2. If your internet speed is low, you will not be able to see and use our IPTV-4U services, then request a refund.
  3. The large IPTV-4U team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if for any reason you are unable to set up the IPTV-4U service on the devices you have, there is no refund. Watch and learn the necessary tutorials about setting up IPTV.
  4. If you made a mistake in choosing the service and completed the payment, you can find a ticket in the support section titled “Create”, then our support team will review, accept and issue the refund. Payment error: it means that you wanted to buy a service for 3 months, but accidentally chose and paid for a year or less.
  5. If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepteded.
